going back to the airport

I know when using DME you have to get your own luggage. My question is when going back to the airport can you check bags at the hotel or do you have to take your luggage with you to check bags?

Currently you take it with you.

Unfortunately Resort Airline Check-In is no more, so you have to take your bags on the bus.
