Gluten free skillet options at Whispering Canyon

Has anyone ordered gluten free at Whispering Canyon before? Does it leave many options on the skillet entree?

We had the GF skillet at WC in January, so it was before all of the new skillet options, but my daughter received her own skillet with all of of the components of the traditional skillet and GF cornbread, which was a little dry, but greatly appreciated.
