i know it's probably a little late for this, but I also have severe allergies (nuts and gluten as well) and when we were there I had an AMAZING nut AND gluten free brownie at Crystal Palace as a dessert substitute from the chef. It was so good we asked for the recipe, they took down our e-mail address, and e-mailed it to me a few months later. It started with the Bob's Red Mill brownie mix, and they added their steps for preparing it. It's really good if you want me to e-mail you the recipe, I know it's sometimes hard finding something us allergy sufferers can eat AND tastes good!

Maybe call Disney Dining and explain why you want the recipe? Maybe they can get it for you?

Thanks I did get the recipe, but didn't try to make it yet. Trying to lose weight for Disney, LOL. But I will try it for a special occasion or something. Thanks again. Us NJer's have to stick together.
