Gluten free food shopping near WDW

I'm coming down to the World for 9 nights starting next week. We are staying @Ft. Wilderness and have the dining plan. I'll have my own vehicle and need to shop for breakfast items and some snacks. Are there grocery stores close enough by that have a decent gluten free section? I'm mostly interested in items like bread and bagels that may go stale if I try and bring enough for 11 nights (1 night for travel on each end of my stay).

There is a Whole foods on Turkey Lake. (Dtd to Hotel Plaza, left at the light onto 535, right on Palm Parkway. Palm Parkway turns into Turkey lake. Whole Foods is on the right just past Walmart.)

Or there is a Publix on Central Florida Parkway. Make right from Turkey lake onto Central Florida-go past Sea World and International Drive. Publix is on the right.

Publix carries a good amount of breads, bagels, muffins, ect and there plenty of locations near disney. My best guess as to the closest one is the one on reams road/535 behind magic kingdom. It's in a plaza called Lakeside Village Center.

We are having food delivered from the garden grocer and they carry udis bread and quite a few other gf options!We are staying at FW in a cabin this coming December and on the dinning plan too!
