gluten free dairy free BAD and GOOD experiences from our trip! PICTURES

Thank you for your post.

My DD is on the GF/CF diet and we noticed changes almost immediately after starting her on the diet. Her big problem was/is dairy.

I haven't had the chance to read everything in your report but I will do that later this evening.

I can't get over the large variety of foods pictured in your report. I feel like my DD has been missing out.

Thanks!

I've got your blog bookmarked now!

We took our 7-year-old gfcf about 8 weeks ago, and I'm always stumped for new easy meals. Yay! Lunch ideas!

Gosh, it looks like we can eat better at Disney than we do at home. And no dishes to wash! ;)

floridafam - I hope some of those pictures can give you guys some new ideas! I am always excited to find new things we can work into our rotation here! :)
I am like your dd in that Dairy is my main triggor. My dd's main problem is gluten. We make a good pair!
LOL

BeckyScot - and no dishes to wash is a HUGE bonus in my book. Half the reason we went to Disney is because it's a VACATION FROM MY KITCHEN!!! Not just dishes, but the non stop meal preparing. breakfast, school lunches, school snacks, there are always parties to bake mountains of snacks for, and then let's not forget dinner, dessert, breads, and everything else gluten and dairy free! It is SO nice to just kick back and be served for a week straight....ahhhh
I hope the transition has been going well for you! It is always hard in the beginning, but if you're two months in already, you probably are getting a good handle on things!
