Gluten Free at Saratoga Springs and Wilderness Lodge

We are leaving for a split stay at SSR/WL villas in October. We will do a grocery delivery for some quick breakfasts, snacks, (and maybe a few easy meals for my DD who has celiac and is a little bit picky) but would like to have the flexibility to grab gluten free meals for her at our resorts. We stayed at WL a while back but it's been at least 5+ years and we've never stayed at SSR. Just wondering any recent experiences with gluten free dining at either resort...sit down, counter service, and/or snacks available. If you happen to know the brand of bread/rolls and pizza, I'd also be curious to know that...she loves Udi's but was not a fan of GNI we found in the parks during our last trip. Thanks so much!

I don't have a whole lot to contribute, but we went to the family-style dinner at Whispering Canyon this past May, and it was great! (DH and DS1&2 are celiac). I know that's only one meal at one restaurant, but at least it's good At this meal, there is a TON of food, lots of variety, so the odds of there being something each person likes is pretty good. And, gluten free cornbread!

BEST corn bread I've ever eaten, with or without gluten. SOOOOOO good!! Even my DH who can eat gluten (the rest of us can't) wanted the gluten free stuff. I wouldn't share. Hey, he had his own.
