Glowing/Blinking Headwear

Has anyone seen one of the YouTube videos of people riding the new Guardians of the Galaxy ride at DCA?

If so, does anyone know if the glowing Headwear that a lot of people on the ride are wearing is available in Walt Disney World here in Florida?

They aren't the Mickey ears. These look like multiple strands hanging down on each side of the person's face, kinda like colorful dreds, for lack of a better description.
