OMG it WORKS!!!! Now how do I make the picture smaller? and, yes that's the cake I've been working on. Now that I sort of know how to do this, I'll post a few that sort of came out good!!

Wow that is a beautiful cake. Do you secretly work for Ace of Cakes?

Linda,
Happy Birthday!!!! I don't do spa's either but I gave in one year at Disney and had a leg and foot massage at the end of my stay. I wouldn't do it any other time but dang that felt wonderful after a week of walking. Now I am wondering if I should do it again for my September trip.

Sorry to hear about your mom's diagnosis. I wishthe best for you and her.

SG, my birthday is a couple of weeks after Christmas so it always gets ignored. Since you don't want to treat yourself with good, how about something else that is indulgent and frivilous. Maybe a manicure, massage or other spa treatment?

FF,
My birthday is January 10th right after Christmas too. Growing up my mother wasn't big on birthdays but the couple times she gave me a gift it was wrapped in Christmas paper. :rotfl: Then we would do a cake shared 3 ways on my fathers birthday since his was Jan 13th and my older brothers was Jan 15th. Right after Christmas everyone is burned out on celebrating and broke, not to mention where I live it is usually below 0 on my birthday so too cold to go out.

Pooch, see you know far more about computers than you think. Great job! You even made it smaller, which I am not sure I know how to do. I just Google anything I do not know, works well. :lmao: As hard as I look I still cannot see a single imperfection. Guess I know who to leave my massive amount of baking utensils to. :thumbsup2

Ang, if this is not too weird, :rotfl: I will rub your feet for free. I have loads of experience as my dad had arthritis and I have many older friends with diabetes. I cannot stand for anyone to look at my feet, let alone touch them. Very sensitive is what I is. :dance3: My luxury at DW is to sit in the shower for an extended amount of time since the water is included in the room rate.

I went and got Subways for the guys for dinner. I have B1G1F coupons and they are taking them on the $5 foot long deals. Can't beat that with a stick. They take the expired coupons. I am going to hate it when I run out of them.

Linda,
Thanks for the offer but at the spa they soak them and rub a tingley mint lotion on them. I guess we could always run the hot water in the room and stick a couple straws together and blow the water so it bubbles. lol Thinking back the only thing that stunk besides the price was that after walking the rest of the day my feet and legs were just as tired as before the massage. lol It did feel great for a while though.

My Mom has just been diagnosed with breast cancer, surgery on the 28th. Please say a prayer:guilty:
Im so sorry, My mother was diagnosed 4 years ago and after a double masectomy, and removal of lymph noads, then chemo, radiation and chemo again, she was finally rid of all the cancer...It was definitly a test of strength for her, and our family aswell, but happy to say she has been cancer free for over 3 years! Hang in there and keep your chin up. You and your family will be in my thoughs and prayers.:grouphug:

OMG that is beautiful Pooch!! You know I was thinking of having a cake delivered to Dane as a suprise while in Disney- are you taking orders LOL:rotfl:

This one was for our "Wedding Cake" class. Darn, got the size wrong again.

I love it- I think they are both beautiful!
I did a greatful dead cake for Dane one year- I have a pic somewhere. :confused3
No tattoo cakes LOL...I see enough of those (tattoos).

Figment, I like having my hair fussed with but wouldn't you know it I have naturally curly hair that requires little to no care. :lmao: I have to have it cut nearly every month though or I start to look like a Yeti. I forgot that the new TV;s have a computer hookup so I do not need the Netflix box.
That's the only good part of straight hair. No frizzies.

where'd everybody go?:confused3

I'm here - but I'm probably not who you're looking for LOL!

I'm still lamenting the fact that I'm missing all the fun this year (I'll bet there two weeks later). So, I still check in once in a while to keep tabs on y'all
