Ok so I figured out the glittery signature thing by following step by step. 
Now if I understood what I did

) I might be able to figure out how to make the glittery pics, but since I don't....can someone,anyone help me? I want to make beautiful holiday art!
I want to glitterize only parts of a picture, how do I do that?
