What a miserable app and website experience of the past 2 days! Got up right at 6:00 am to get everything done, and the website didn't work, the app didn't work, the iPad internet didn't work - nothing. Sporadically, I could get the app to make reservations yesterday but today - nothing. All it says is "Please try again" no matter what I do (even experimenting with easy ressies that I know are available). When I click on a time on the site, it just jumps back to the main page without booking.

I was lucky and ended up getting every single ADR that I wanted by luck througout the day yesterday, including BOG, CRT, Akershus, and Chef Mickey's, but this process was simply miserable.

I'm up trying to get my ressies done since today is my 180 day....nothing is working. The app wont load past the first day of my trip. The website online will find the times I'm looking for and list them but when I click them, nothing loads. so frustrating. Guess I'll have to call while trying to get the kids ready for school.

Try logging out of the app and logging back in - that helped me get past the first day block. But yes, I have been having the same issue all morning and yesterday morning. Fortunately, I am lucky that I figured it all out yesterday and am just trying to book one more thing (no big deal if we don't get it) but it is incredibly frustrating. I was in tears over this yesterday, which sounds and is ridiculous, but we are celebrating my daughter's 4th birthday on our trip and I really wanted to get her something special for her birthday. Again, fortunately, it worked out but this has been incredibly stressful.

I have logged out of the app and the website like 10x now lol not working at all. Oh and I don't think the tears are ridiculous, I am right there, right now. Although at this point it's more of an anger, resisting the urge to punch my laptop right in it's "face"*.

*Yes I realize that laptops do not have faces

Tomorrow is my 180, I went on to make sure nothing major had changed since my last use and noticed that the dates of my trip are highlighted, but are not hyperlinked that I could make a reservation on them. Assumed that was because it wasn't my day yet, but every other day prior to the start of my trip would allow me to book it now.

Am I going to have trouble with it not letting me book tomorrow? Should I get an extra hour of sleep and just call at 7?

Business as usual it seems this morning. I can get times to load on the app, but it will only let me book 180+9. Nothing is working for me on the website. Oddly, I can see times available for all restaurants up to 4 days before the date I'm trying to book. It's like they don't have the information loaded past that date, which for me is 180+6. They do have the times loaded in the app, but it won't allow me to book the day I'm entitled to. Sigh.

I tried an ipad, iphone, laptop with windows 7, laptop with windows 8 and a kindle and while they would all show me plenty of times for my stay, when I clicked the time to reserve it took me back to today's date. Ironically I could have made a 9:30 p.m. Ressie for BOG today, but none for when I was actually in Disney.

Finally I called at 7, got right through and with a few exceptions (lunch at LTT refurb won't let them book it now, Ragaln Road is inexplicably not bookable and CM stated she hasn't been able to get it anytime for anyone lately) I got everything I wanted thanks to my trusty landline.

Now I am just feeling zapped as reserving and going back to sleep didn't occur since it was an hour long process.

Just wanted to report that I had no issues this morning at 6 with the website or the app.

Have to comment on the thread title - "Glitchy, glitch".....

Let's see - I've worked in IT for 27 years (and am thankfully now retired) :).

Can you define what a "Glitch" is? Here is what some say....

"Some reference books, including Random House's American Slang, claim that the term comes from the German word glitschen ("to slip") and the Yiddish word gletshn ("to slide or skid")."

Having worked in IT for MANY years for a fortune 500? I will explain what the true meaning of "Glitch" is....

It's an excuse for bad programming. You see, computer's don't tend to have bad hair days. They are simply told to do the wrong thing. A "Glitch" occurs because of network overload, poor code, mass storage crashes, failure to communicate with a back end database... NEVER because the computer just doesn't like the color of your shoes :).

Please forgive me.... you see, I've dealt with that "glitch" excuse for a majority of my life. It's a term with no meaning, other than "We don't know what went wrong". GOOD IT people go in, TEST, and figure out what went wrong - then, they fix it. LOOSERS say "it was a glitch" :).
