Glitch or rollback, of new terms and conditions?

When I make a new reservation the old 2023 Terms and conditions are now the ones I need to agree to. However I still need to attest that its for personal use.

Maybe it's one of the many Disney glitches, but still it's the one we agree to.

Also if I try to modify a reservation it's the new 2025 T&C I need to agree to. For the screenshot provided you can see the link to the TC at the bottom of the page.

For reference I'm attaching the 2023 TC too.
