I am serving Spiral Ham along with many other things buffet style at a family get together.

So I will heat and glaze the ham. Then pull it apart to put in a tray to be served.

How do I keep it moist so that it does not dry out?

Looking forward to reading your responses:flower1:

When I cook a spiral ham I use an oven bag (like the Turkey bags). It keeps the ham very moist.

I just use a tent of foil, tight on the pan while it is reheating/cooking. i just made this for dinner last night. Comes out great.

If you're concerned about the ham drying out on the buffet, I would suggest NOT pulling it apart, but leaving it in all its assembled glory. I find that spiral ham is very easy to pull apart with a fork, right there on the buffet.

I've sliced the spiral ham into smaller slices, throw in the crockpot with a can of crushed pineapple (with the juice). Stays warm and tender.
