OK my brain may simply be in the off mode, but I have a question. I wear glasses primarily now, and in the past I wore contacts primarily. I have been playing with my new XT, handheld shooting, and I am constatsly getting a finger, face, or camera print on my right lens. Is there anything I can do to avoid this problem?

Tehy make an eyepiece extender to fit the Rebel. It runs just under $20. It is supposed to be great for people who wear glasses. I use it becasue I have really oily skin and was getting shmutz on the camera (eeeeewwwww)

Is it Canon or aftermarket? I'll look for it.

This is a really great question considering the bright sun at WDW and people that do not want to remove their sunglasses even if their vision is just fine.

i wear glasses and have a delkin sunshade ( around $20+)which includes the part around the viewfinder...i never have a problem with getting smudges on my glasses so this might be why..it also, while a pain if you use your lcd a lot, keeps nose oil off the lcd which i hate. it did help a little with sunglare but now i got transition lenses which are so dark i can't see to read my lcd at all outside:rolleyes:
