Glass slipper dessert, Gluten free?

Does anyone know if the glass slipper dessert is gluten free? I have seen pictures, but I can't tell if it is cake or chocolate or what? Also, I read that it is available at any Grand Floridian restaurant, is this true? Thanks.

I should think that the 'cushion' that the slipper sits on is wheat flour based but I can't be sure. It is a slice of cake.

The slipper is white chocolate (although it has been posted that this is sometimes dark chocolate) filled with a chocolate mousse. The slipper served at CRT has strawberries in a fruit coulis served on the side of the plate.

I would phone and check about the gluten but imho if the allergy isn't too major you would probably be ok just to leave the sponge cake cushion.

Okay, I wasn't sure if it was cake...since it is cake, I am sure it is not gluten free. Maybe I should call and see if it can be made gluten free.
