In case anyone missed it on Facebook we are now allowing walk ups at the front door!! $30 at the door cash. But there will be paypal and checks taken for silent auction items.

Just want to confirm that although we can no longer register for events for next weekend that we will be able to attend the main event on Saturday from 11-3 and pay at the door to get in, my eldest daughter and I just found out that it was this weekend and would love to attend!

It is at the Hershey Lodge. I couldn't figure out how to put two different locations on the settings in Eventzilla.

There will be electronic monitors that will have the location of the room on them. Jesscahens may be able to help you out with which way to go for the room.

Head toward The Bears Den restaurant and you will see TV screens/monitors that will tell you the room name for our event.

Its nice for my family to actually live close to an event for once. All we have to do is jump in the car and drive 20 minutes and we are there! Sure beats the 18 hour drive to Florida. Does anyone know when the DIS team will be arriving?

Hello all

For the Friday event it is in Wild Rose A. If you go to the end of the Lobby from the front door. Make a left at the fireplace. past the Bears den there is an elevator go up that. make the first right and go down the stairs (there is an elevator just beyond the stairs if needed). straight ahead at the bottom of the stairs is wild rose rooms.
There will be a letter at check in if you are staying at the Lodge or at the Friday night event with directions to all the activities this weekend.
