Disnee Dad Says............................................................. My dd developed the E Awards for our trip to Disneyland in July 2000. For our ten day trip to WDW she made 20 awards and handed out only 10, as she has high standards. It's a nicely colored envelope, and inside is a short note with colored pictures by hand, that says something like;"Wow you are doing a great job, Disney is lucky to have someone like you, this E Award is for you so you can show everyone what a great CM you are" Everyone was different. You might try something like it. Here were the 10 winners from our trip.
