Find the boss and tell him or her about the great service you receive from a CM. I do this all the time.

I write an email to Disney after I get back home from every trip praising the CMs who stood out and usually I get a nice email in response. This year one of the department heads called to thank me for my email. She said it was one of the nicest they had ever gotten and that she would personally see to it that each of the CMs I mentioned would get the recognition they deserved.
