I think it looks really good and am trying to talk dh into changing our Spoodles ressie to RR. He does not think it will be good and I have no idea why he thinks that as it looks great to me.. so anyways..

What are your thoughts on it? I am hoping I can change his mind. ;)

raglan road is a fun place to go - the food is decent but the entertainment value puts it above spoodles in my opinion. i have had the chicken pot pie, my husband enjoyed the sausages and the burger is good. the live music is fun and the dancer comes out every so often and does a jig on the tabletop - just good atmosphere and fun. after dinner you can walk around downtown disney and check out virgin records or look at other restaurants for another time.
spoodles has pretty good food but i found the restaurant loud (wooden floor and wooden tables/chairs) and not much ambience tho it is fun to walk around the boardwalk after dinner...
so - my vote is for raglan road! be sure to ask for a reservation in the main room (i think the music starts at 8pm)

have a great time!

ps - good selection of bar drinks and beer!

We love love love Raglan Road. It's become a must for us for each trip. They have great appetizers big enough to share. Our fave is the smokey city which is a baked cod dish, with lots of fattening cream of course. The cream coats your stomach so you can drink a few brews. :thumbsup2 My favorite entree is the Raglan Risotto which is obviously a pasta dish. Fish n chips are always a good choice. The entertainment is great and it's a really good time. This is always our "night out" when we go to Disney because we can't hang at places like Pleasure Island. Plus, this is free entertainment, sans the food of course.

I highly recommend it. And, especially if you're cancelling Spoodles. YUK! I can't stand that place. My husband actually got sick there once. Literally.

Have fun whatever you decide to do.

DBF and I were also thinking of going to Raglan Road when we come down 11/30-12/7/07. I'm a bit skeptical though, as I am somewhat of a picky eater; I'm not very adventurous when it comes to trying new foods. :confused3 I've heard the Shepards Pie is good. We were also thinking of making an ADR for Spoodles as well. Is it really that bad of a place? I don't want DBF or myself getting sick on vacation
