Give me an AP & look what happens - 2 for 1 PTR!! NEW 3/11 p.63 TR Link

Today we are at 43 days!! I'm getting antsy for our ME documents! I used to read that people got them around 45 days, but now I'm hearing more like 30?? Since we made our resort reservation through Orbitz & submitted our ME info separately I'm a little worried something will get messed up... When should I start to worry or call DME?

Epcot Park Goals:

I originally wrote this with the plan of touring the WS from Mexico to Canada. But with lunch in Japan and dinner in Italy I’m wondering if we should go Canada to Mexico? Italy & Japan are only one country apart from each other, but it could save a little time? Thoughts?

Definite (not in any particular order):
• Soarin’ (FP first thing)
• Living with the Land (13 minute ride)
• Journey into Imagination with Figment (6 minute ride)
• Spaceship Earth (15 minutes)
• Captain EO (17 minute film)
• Mexico (Donald’s Boat Ride)
• Norway (Maelstrom)
• Lunch at 12:10 (Teppan Edo)
• Backtrack to China (Acrobats)
• Germany
• Italy
• The American Adventure (A.A. show – 45 minutes with intro)
• Japan
• Morocco
• France
• Impressions de France (seated movie – 18 minutes)
• United Kingdom
• Canada
• Dinner at Via Napoli
• Illuminations at 9pm

Maybes:
• Ellen’s Energy Adventure (37 minute ride) - probably too long for our short trip!
• Test Track - if Laura wants to go
• The Seas with Nemo & Friends
• The Seas Pavilion (aquarium)
• The Circle of Life (Land) – 12 minute film
• Honey I Shrunk the Audience
• Reflections of China – 13 minutes/standing
(I don’t do well with standing for long periods of time & have been known to faint! I can tour a park with the best of them, but the standing still thing gets me – even if I’m careful to make sure my knees aren’t locked! We’ll see how I’m feeling at that point…)
• O Canada! - 14 minutes – standing (ditto)

Up next: MK park goals… then I’ll get into specific touring plans/itineraries for each day. :thumbsup2

Edited to add: I just checked Southwest and the $79 tickets I booked yesterday are up to $139 down and $184 back! Total: $1377!! The Orlando flights I had considered are up quite a bit too! One of the flights down is actually SOLD OUT!!

I got ME documents closer to the 30 day mark last month.

I love your Epcot plans. And so much easier to manage on an adults-only trip.

Thank goodness you bought your tickets yesterday! It's amazing how flight prices change from one day to the next and, sometimes, from one hour to the next :scared1:

Gosh, I haven't even thought about which side of WS, I'll start on. I just know that I spent A LOT of time in both the China and Japan stores. I got really cute earrings in China (for around $6.00) and a cute purse on our honeymoon. In Japan, I bought a few of the small plates to use in our bedroom to put jewelery on, etc. I even bought a cute little soap dish (weather or not it's actually for soap is a different story ) that is perfect for my kitchen. Just thinking about going into those stores makes me excited. I am going to be one of those ridiculous people buying the socks that are made to wear with flip-flops in Japan b/c my good friend who just beat cancer (at 23!) loves to wear toe socks with her flip-flops. :)

OK - I won't start worrying yet. Hopefully I'll get them in a couple weeks!

Amazing how fast the prices change - up and down!

Hey - Have a great trip!! My next few days are going to be busy getting ready to go to the lake & I don't want to miss your send off! Trip Report?? :confused3

Wow - cancer at 23! I'm happy to hear she beat it! She deserves a bunch of flip flop socks! :goodvibes

I'm looking forward to browing in the WS shops this trip!

I would call DME now just to double check that they actually got your information. I waited too long to call last October and they didn't have my info (even thou I booked thru Disney). They had to overnight my ME tags....that was a bit stressful. No harm in calling.

I sit my butt down in all those circle/stand movies....I just wait until it starts :rolleyes1 Have you seen the Canadian one since they updated it with Martin Short? I loved it. I'm making John see it in March.

Funny... I was just sending you an email...

I think I probably will call ME because I wasn't exactly sure what reservation number to enter when I filled out the online form since I didn't have a "reservation" number on the Orbitz paperwork... I'll feel better this way.

That's funny that you sit... I'd love to see the Canada film (haven't seen the new version), but am afraid to faint... I guess I'll just park my butt too! :thumbsup2
