And speaking of Instagram posts... I saw one yesterday where she speaks (about wearing a dress but wearing no-slip shoes)...
First time I've heard any of you or your family speak. I was very surprised at her voice!
That is just awesome - Congratulations to Danielle. When I saw the IG post, I was wondering too if she was leaving, but glad it is really exciting and something she wants to do.
I was worried how people would take it knowing she was very close to leaving last year and to be honest it was still on the table for this year. Working Festivals may change all that.
Vanessa, that’s great news about Danielle! I’m so excited for her! I think I’d be able to recognize her… I’ll be sure to say hello if I do! We plan to spend two of our park days in Epcot soaking in all the Food & Wine goodness.
Please tell her hello if you see her. I don't know her schedule yet. She is training for the next few weeks. It sounds like she will be all over the park during the days.
We'll be at Disney Springs and resort hopping on the 21st, then at MK all day on the 22nd. Park open to close, I imagine, LOL! I know that's Epic day--you must be SO excited!!! I can't wait to hear all about it!
I don't know what our plans are for the 21st but I'm sure it will include a Disney park at some point. Our Universal tickets don't start until the 22nd. We'll have to keep in touch.
I was raised in Baton Rouge and we don't have a heavy Southern accent here. You don't have to go to far out of Baton Rouge to find a more Southern accent . The Cajun accent is to the west and further south. My Dad's family have a thick Cajun accent that I just love. I follow Cajun Mama's on Instagram just to hear their accent. It's like listening to my Nanny and her kids talking. My Mom's family is from the Northern part of the state and they have a Southern accent.
Danielle has been in Florida since June of 2021 and most of her friends are from the Northeast. What little accent she had is almost gone.
