Yamabuki update

They are closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Last day is April ll and their hours are only from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm. I made a reservation for 4 adults on April 3 at 8:00 pm in case I every find a friend to go with me. I might take Calvin but doubt it. Divas of course are invited.

Awww...that's a bummer. A friend of mine took me there a few years ago. There food was good and I had California Rolls with baked scallops on top. I haven't been back but I'd like to have my boyfriend try it before they close. Thanks for the update.

I hope everyone is having a great weekend. My boyfriend and I ate some good BBQ at Famous Dave's. My siblings are in town this weekend and we are having a Disney Classics Movie Fest. We watched Mulan and the Incredibles. Now we are watching Mary Poppins. I haven't watched Mary Poppins in the longest time....it's always been one of my favorites. We were talking about Disney movies and I asked them: "Isn't it strange how the mice from Cinderella can talk but the birds can't?"

I hope everyone had a great evening. I went to a birthday party.
Earlier I went to Tricities. I bought Kaeleb a new pair of Adio's for his birthday.
They are totally awesome!! They are Bam Marjera Adio's, reg. $75, I got them for $20 at Journeys for kids & an Elements t-shirt for $10, & a Rob & big t-shirt. Then a few wks ago I got him a Tony Hawk skateboarding bed set comforter, sheets & pillow cases. He has already seen the shoes. He had to try them on. Well I am off to bed. I have to work from 8-2. Then pick up the cake & ice cream. Then wrap the presents. Busy, busy day!!

I had to pay $149 and it is in the mail, a wheelchair for mom. That is what she wants and gets. Every time I get ahead then we are in the hole deeper. I jsut do not know how to pay off this months whole Visa bill. That was our eating out money so I guess no April meet and greets and one time with Calvin out. I can do the parks for about $20 or even less a day but not with mom or him.

I hope she is happy.

Hi everyone!
I'm home from church and I stopped by the market to pick up some chicken dogs and turkey dogs and a coke zero. I gave Osita about 2 turkey dogs and she absolutely loves them. The chicken dogs were very good, too. Now I'm home and lazy.

I'm starting regular gym visits and healthier eating tomorrow, yippee Starting tomorrow my sister and I are not eating burgers, hot dogs, pizza, soda, desserts, etc. We both need lose quite a bit of weight and we would like to do it before summer gets here and makes going out unbearable.

I'm aiming to lose about 40 - 50lbs by mid August (moving out ) and I believe my sister is aiming to lose about 25lbs. That way we will be already in a schedule before starting school (no chance I'm gaining "freshman 15" )

I'm super excited for this summer and beyond

I was out this morning running errands and since being back I've been working on some school projects with the kids. Just wanted to stop in and say hello.

The June Cleaver in mean just finished making birthday cupcakes for Kaeleb tomorrow @ soccer practice. I just finished wrapping presents.

3:30 am to 5:30 am sleep
make breakfast for mom
7:00 am to 9 am sleep
9 am mom wakes me and demands I get the newspaper before the thieving neighbors who rent from Eve get a hold of it as they steal anything on the sidewalk.
9:15 not kill mom and take 5 aspirin
9:20 am to about 2 pm sleep

Since then I am catching up on games and stuff, rotated laundry, emptied the bathtub of waste material as it backs up and yes I need $10000 in plumbing to make it drain, and take my two meds and then pick up the stuff that missed the wastebasket.

Not much of a life is it, rather boring but I enjoy the helping people part. Not telling mom about wheelchair in the mail that is shipped tomorrow. Storm is brewing in the west and wind is kicking up so we may get rain tomorrow.

OK - how sad is it that I'm the only one around right now????? I will share my most terrible miscalculation with you all anyway! Today I made a very yummy barbecued pork roast for pulled pork sandwiches for dinner - yum!! However, I also made a very tasty coleslaw and baked beans to go with it. Yes, you heard me right........ cabbage and beans at the same time - with TWO GUYS in the house Lordy, what was I thinking??? I believe it's going to be a loud evening here

Hi Deb (where is that darn hand waving smiley?????) I'm glad I'm not the only one around tonight!!!

I did a cheater BBQ pork in the slow cooker - just barbecue sauce (homemade or store bought) and a pork roast, then cook it all day on low heat, shred the meat, thicken the sauce, yummy!!

I am here but guess I do not count, been here 24 hours a day it seems but then I do not count obviously. Wonder what that bright green light is for?

Hey ladies! I am exhausted. DBF and I took my DD and a friend of her's to DL today. It was very crowded. But we had a great time. We did see the parade, cute, but I wouldn't need to wait for it again. Maybe if we had younger kids with us, but not alone. But like I said, I am exhausted. I am gonna wash my face and hit the sack.
