Ok, I know most of you are probably sick of reading treads about people having relationship troubles and Im sorry, but if you could please just help me this last time. Here's the thing, I really like this girl who I have been friends with for a wicked long time. I had a dream a few days ago that was me and her at WDW and we were a couple and we looked good together and were so happy. Me and her (in real life) are so close and I cant imagine my life without her. I recently realized that I love her, like truely love her.:lovestruc She is a year older then me and is going to college next year, but not too far away. Here's my question, should I risk asking her out and maybe end up with a bit of akwardness and maybe have her turn me down. Or should I just stay best friends with her and hide my feelings??? Please, if you dont mind, give me some advice...Im desperate.

aww. i love these threads, dont feel guilty about posting them.

well, you said you cant imagine life without her. i think you realize what could happen if she says no. i say, go with your intuition. if you dont feel comfortable with that, drop some hints. shes a girl, shell pick up on them. the best part is, hints dont normally make things akward.

Take it from a girl! You seem like a sweet, nice, great friend. If you can't imagine your life without her, maybe you should tell her. The more you two are apart next year, the worse it'll get.

Don't worry about the awkwardness; it happens! I know you might not weird out the relationship, but then you don't have to worry about the "what-if's", i.e. "What if she likes me back?"

Chances are, she likes you, too. And believe me, it takes a HUGE load off your chest when you tell someone how you feel about me.

I was (am) in love with my best guy friend. He knew back in February, because I wrote a note telling him (didn't really know him then). Then, last October-ish, I told him that I have a major crush on him, and he took it fairly well. It did weird the friendship a bit, but we're not as close as you and your friend sound. He's fine with it, though.

Take chances! I agree with the above poster, drop some hints, flirt a little. Don't be afraid to take risks!

Now, go get her!!
