Ginger carrot soup recipe from Boma ?

I have decided to try out some of the recipes from WDW, starting with soup I have enjoyed. Has anyone tried the Ginger carrot soup recipe that they serve in Boma? Was it as good as they make it ? I am also interested in cooking butternut squash that the serve in Narcoosees. I have the recipes from allears.net.

I've made the soup, but it wasn't until some time after we'd been there....so I can't say that it tastes exactly the same. We really liked it, though. In fact, DS's friend was over the night we had it. This young man's parents were from India. He told us that he thought it was excellent. That's about the best I can do. HTH

We have made it a number of times - in fact we have incorporated it into out Thanksgiving menu! We love it! dh is trying to make a low-fat verision though - it doens't taste as yummy!

I loved that recipe from Boma -- it was one of my favorite soups -- that struck me funny since I am not a big fan or either carrots or ginger, but together they make one fine soup.
