I don't know how well she writes (as my grandmother hit around 95 her writing started to go down hill) but for my grandmother's 90th I made her personalized thank you cards. I figured with all the gifts she was going to get from her 90th party, she was going to need all those cards. I think I printed 30 of them, with matching envelopes, made a decorative wooden box from Michaels and wrapped it all in a pretty ribbon for her. She ended up running out of cards a few years later and it was easy to print more. I'm a graphic artist and have a really good laser printer so this was something easy for me to do but I know there are card companies out there that would do a great job as well.
