Gift Baskets in San Diego

Does anyone know if you can send gift baskets to the Wonder in San Diego or is the only option the Disney baskets?

I don't believe any of the DCL ships accept deliveries at the embarkation ports on behalf of guests. The only items you can order for delivery directly to the stateroom are through DCL. You could ship something to the guest's pre-cruise hotel if you wanted to surprise someone, or something you want them to have for the cruise.
