I would like to send a surprise gift basket (Disney themed of course:goodvibes ) to DD, DS and MIL when we arrive at our hotel on Valentine's Day. I have done this before at WDW and hope there are people who do this at DL as well, even though we are not staying on property. Any recommendations or ideas who would do this? Thanks

I believe some of the local florists in the area have Disney related stuff, but the only other provider I'm aware of is the resort's Guest Services; I would guess you must be onsite for that service, but I'm not sure.

Last year I was looking for an alternative, and a DISer was thinking about starting a Disney gift baskets business, but I think plans must have fallen through. My inquiries went unanswered.

I don't know if any of these Southern CA locations are close enough for delivery, but the Disney bouquets sure are cute! http://www.cookiesbydesign.com/category.aspx?categoryID=53

Those cookie bouquets sure look cute. I was hoping to get a gift basket together with an autograph book for DD, so it's already waiting for her in the hotel. I wish there was a service like this to the good neighbor hotels. I will check into these cookies and see if they will deliver to Camelot Inn. Thanks!!

I'm curious about this as well. But what I DID do was purchase personalized T shirts at ZAZZLE? and I'm going to sneak them into everyone's bed pillow as a surprise upon arrival. I also found a disney princess musical card at Hallmark. It's for a birthday but says something about having a magical day. I think I'll cover the birthday parts with my own sayings printed on nice cardstock from the computer and then leave that with everyone's names on it. FUN!

My parents went to Disneyland for their 25th anniversary last April. I called and talked to Disney about having something delivered to their room but they said that they can only do that if they're staying at a Disney hotel. I called all over and eventually found a local florist that would deliver to their hotel...many of them wouldn't deliver to hotels (they stayed at the Holiday Inn Express at the park entrance). I also found a local bakery that would deliver a cake. Their hotel was so nice and had everything on the table in their room waiting for them when they arrived. I ended up getting a floral arrangement with some balloons and a cake with a message and a little Mickey and Minnie figurine. It took some work but it was worth it!!
