Giclee to be delivered to DVC'ers by 10/31/06

Purchase 15th Anniversary Commemorative Giclee

In celebration of Disney Vacation Club's 15th Anniversary, we've developed a commemorative giclee with Mickey and all seven Disney Vacation Club Resorts represented, made exclusively for Members. Each Membership will receive one giclee via the mail, by October 31, 2006. Additional giclees are available for purchase while supplies last!

I bought on September 16th while at WDW and filled out all the paperwork, paid the down deposit and got all my welcome packet stuff with sweet beach bag while we were there. My documents say I won't be closing until the last week of October. I wonder if my wife and I will still get the gift even though we still haven't closed.

On another note, it sure is taking a long time to close. My house took less time to close.

Little OT but I really don't think they rush the close as once you put your deposit down you go in the system and can start booking and so forth.

As far as the Giclee I would call your guide and ask about it they can tell you right away.

No problem and thats great I'm still waiting for mine.

DD thinks she's getting it to put in her TINK ROOM (see link in sig)but this ones going in our room.

I just got word from Brad Smith (my guide) that only those people who signed up before mid-August would be eligible for receiving the Giclee print. So I'm not eligible because I joined in the second week of September.

Just thought I'd put that out there for any other extremely new members like myself are wondering like I was if they were going to get one.

We just got ours dropped off by FedEx....I hadn't read about it, so it's a nice surprise! Nice little gift and a very nice presentation of it.

I guess I am a little out of touch here; I didn't know this was coming. What a nice surprise! It is beautiful! I am glad I didn't know about it; I would have been driving myself crazy checking my front porch every 5 minutes!
