Giant Eagle Gift Cards

I wasn't sure if this belonged here but Gian Eagle is running a promotion if you buy $50 in Disney Gift cards you get 20 cents off per gallon of gas. So I was thinking about buying a ton of them and getting a few tanks of gas.

if for some reason we cancel.... what happens? DO I get thousands of dollars back in gift cards? Do we have a credit?

KEEP YOUR CARDS!!! ...if you think you might cancel at all as they will only refund the credit back to the giftcards.

Also keep your receipts for the cards with you on vacation and make sure you keep a running tally of what is left on each card. It can get confusing with mutiple cards.
