GG roms

If I have a GG code, is it posible that we can get rooms coser one to each other, like in the same building, floor or even one next to the other. We will be at the POR in 3 rooms we are 14 (8 kids).
And is it possible to request first floor, when do I have to call to request my options?

Your requests can be added to your reservation at any time - the sooner the better. remember to keep requests simple, not more than 3.
Be sure the CM knows you are a Grand Gathering (although no guarantee, since depending on how busy the resort is).

Put the requests in order of what is most important to you. Much better to have these in advance because it would be next to impossible to get them filled at check-in.

For instance:
1. adjoining rooms
2. 1st fl
3. AB #18 (or 14 or 27, if you have a preference)

p.s. I know GG's who have been all over the resort, so do get those requests in early!

As a GG you have a higher priority when they are assigning rooms. You can make a request for a location.
