GG Fireworks cruise ??

Hi.

I'm thinking this may be a silly question, but one I'll ask nonetheless... My family is booked on the Grand Gatherings Fireworks Voyage during our trip in Aug. Is it customary to tip our boat captain for this cruise? If so, how much? It's just something that occurred to me today & not a bit before!

I really have no idea if you are expected to tip but when we went on ours in 2006 we did. We had 14 people and I think a few of us gave him $10. He was outstanding! You will have a great time-lots of fun!

I'm really hoping to have a wonderful time. I just wasn't sure if it was expected since you're sharing w/ other families, etc. Not a big deal tho - this way I know to have some cash on hand!
