GF to Siesta Key - Best Time of Day to Drive

I have heard I-4 is pretty crazy all the time but is there really a better time of day to drive it with less congestion. We are planning a trip to Disney in November around Thanksgiving. Considering leaving there on maybe the Sunday or Monday after Thanksgiving and going to Siesta Key. Just wondering if any has done this and hopefully get some suggestions. Thank you

When in Florida I often drive from Orlando to Venice, so I-4 to 75 south. I haven't done it so close to Thanksgiving though, but I usually leave around 10 -11 AM. You never know when construction is going to mess things up. Not sure how the holiday will affect traffic going that way.

Have not done it around a holiday but have made several trips. We usually leave on a Sunday early morning or Monday after 9am. Without accidents or weather issues it takes about 2 hours, 15 minutes.
