GF to be on Travel Channel-again!

Just noticed that the Grand Floridian is scheduled to be on the Travel Channel on April 30 at 11:30 Eastern time. Just thought I'd let everyone know in case you missed it the several other times it's been on or, like me, want to watch it over and over!

Thanks for the info. I wish they would do a show on EACH of the WDW resorts. *Sigh* And for longer than 30 minutes, too.

I totally agree with you. Every time I see one of these shows, I keep thinking that even though I have never been an entertainment reporter, I could do a much better job of showing people what they want to see. What does 1, maybe 2 rooms, parts of the lobby, a short view of the rests., then off to the closest park, all in 30 min. really tell us about the resort. Each resort should have at least a 1 hr. segment with all the inside secrets. The parks should have there own show, which IMO could also be shown much better in there alloted time (which is also too short). I would love to see more of WDW, Universal, Disneyland and other theme parks on the travel channel. I could think of alot of things they could scrap to make room for this. How many times can you really show Las Vegas? How many of us really care what the vacation homes of the rich and famous look like? And what is up with that "Travelers" show? I wish they would show more of what the average person wants to see. I don't know what they think the profile of there viewing audience is. Glad someone gave me a chance to vent about the Trav. channel. May we should all start e-mailing them!
