Hi, does anyone know how many concierge staff members there are in the main building? Are they the same people or do they change shifts during the day/night? I'd like to tip, but this time I want to hve all my tip money seperated from my spending money. I know that thre CR concierge has 2during the day and sometimes 1 in the evening and their the same people. Just wondering. Thanks....

Hi! I think we saw a total of 4 or 5 different staff members when we were staying RPC. You might want to just get one gift basket, and say that it's for the concierge staff. Or maybe tip those who help you particularly, like with reservations.

If you tip them they have to take it to the manager, I think a thank you card goes farther.
