GF Room Qs

Hi. I have a few Qs about rooms at the GF:

- in some pics, it looks like the top floor balconies are much larger- is that the case? Are these rooms available in all categories?

- I have a garden view and really want a water view. is it only the sago building that offers these water views. In other buildings, does "garden" face an inner courtyard or are thee other views?

- room colors/patterns. Are there diferent colors/patterns in each building?
