GF health club for Poly guests

If I'm staying at the Poly, can I use the health club at GF? I'd like to get a few workouts in. Do they have treadmills, it's tough to find places outside to go for a run.

Just wanted to add that if you enjoy running early in the am, the Polynesian is a great place to stay. I'm not a runner but our oldest son is.

The front desk can give you a map with a running course. But once you're there, you will probably see for yourself that there are great paths along the Seven Seas Lagoon and around the resort that make for a pretty run ...or walk in my case.

In fact the path on the way to the GF Spa is along one of those paths. You can also continue right on over to the GF and run there as well. The Spa is about 1/2 way between the Polynesian and GF.

There is a charge to use the healthclub. This charge applies to GF guests too! We stayed at the GF and had spa treatments (facial, etc.) and for the day of the treatments the healthclub was no charge.

As of May 30th in 2004, the daily healthclub charge was dropped for those guests who are staying at that particular resort. For instance, GF and Poly guests have use of the GF healthclub, YC/BC guests get complimentary use of their resort healthclub and so on. Do you know if this charge has been reinstated? We were there in December and didn't have to pay .

There used to be a charge for guests of both the GF and Polynesian.

This is no longer true. The change was probably a year ago.

Tammi, we were at the Polynesian at the end of February and then moved over to BCV into March. Both resort newsletters still list the health clubs as free for guests of the Polynesian and Y&BC respectively.
