GF concierge confusion

What are the differences between the GF concierges? I don't want to say a CM is wrong,but the one we just spoke to got us really confused.
She told us the Sugarloaf section is better and has a real concierge lounge??? The rate for the lodge tower concierge was lower than Sugarloaf?Is not the lodge concierge in the main building?The last time we stayed in concierge was about a year and a half after the GF opened and we were in the main building(unless dreaming.LOL), so kind of clueless the info on wdwig.com says Sugarloaf concierge is not as extensive? Thanks a bunch.

Well, I can tell you that Sugarloaf is Lodge Concierge, and the Royal Palm Club (RPC) is the Main Building Concierge. And RPC is much better and a lot more expensive.

Thanks. Must be a new CM at CRO. So the lodge tower concierge rooms are Sugarloaf. If we want to stay in the main building we ask for the Royal Palm club? We asked for main building concierge when DW called and that's where it all started.

If you get quoted rates that are in the $590+, you'll know they're talking about the Main Building Concierge.
