I am just wondering if anyone that signed up for this was able to cancel if they decided they didn't like it? If so, was it difficult to cancel? I am definitely not a coffee gourmet (I find nothing wrong with the coffee at the food courts at WDW and am not a Starbuck's fan) and just want to make sure that I won't be signing myself up for life!! Thanks!

I am in the same boat as you are, so i have not done that offer... but they do also offer teas if you do drink tea.

I signed up, and canceled about a month or so later. Their coffee was quite good, but a little too expensive for my taste right now. We're trying to save $$ right now, otherwise it's certainly good coffee if you're into gourmet stuff.

Canceling was a piece of cake. Just dropped them an email. They responded within 12 hours and closed the account. No issues whatsoever! Their customer service is obviously way better than most online these days, so I'd recommend them if for no other reason than that.

Btw, don't forget that you can go into your account setting and have the coffee delivered less often than once a month. I think I set it at every 12 weeks while we tried to see if we were going to keep the account. I didn't want a surprise shipment sent to me without knowing before I even finished the first, kwim?
