Gettings Loews Benefit Using Enter. Rate

So are those of you that have been traveling and staying onsite using Entertainment rates and have Loews Membership - Have you been getting the cookies/milk, wine, newspaper, etc? Has one resort been nicer about this than another? When I made ressies for HRH with Ent Rate (went through Loews reserv.) they told me that I would not get the loews membership benefit of milk/cookies, etc. , but I should still mention it at the desk. They said you can't have both. I know this has been discussed before. I would like to know the success rate.

Just returned from RPR. Loews first w/ ent rate for 5 days. My ds got his shell necklace and shovel and pail at check-in but no cookies and milk. Was told they don't give the cookies with the ent. discount. But the view we got more than made up for not getting the cookies. So I'm not complaining. RPR was outstanding I'd highly recommend it. Hope this helps.

Was shell necklace, shovel and pail a bonus from Entertainment Rate or for Lowe's first membership? I have Lowe's card, but not Entertainment book.

Welcome gifts for kids under 10 is offered by Loews not in conjunction with the Entertainment book.

you refer to the great view in your post- can you please tell me what your view was and building you were in -did you pay for a water view or was your view of the park? any info much appreciated. thanks a lot

We were @RPR tower 1 room 1619. Our view was of IOA. Dr Doom and the hulk were dead center of our view. I had booked a standard w/ ent. rate. I just got lucky I guess. I suppose being a loew's member didn't hurt either. I'm in the process of transferring my pics from my digital camera and I'll try to put a pic of our view on a post at a later day.

It seems like the people who have been getting the Loews welcome gifts (who have the ent. rate) are staying at the HRH. Is anybody getting the gift at the Royal Pacific?

I have always got my milk and cookies, but I have always had to call to remind them. When we were at the RPR in October they asked what time we wanted them and I told them 8 pm, they were brought at 8 am, too funny. Then they brought them again at 8pm. We got the newspaper, too. We only had our room upgraded once, though. That was at the HRH in August. We had booked a poolview room and we got a deluxe poolview room. It was pretty big.

We will be there getting two rooms because we are a family of six. Do they give enough milk and cookies for the whole group or will they do one for each room?
