Getting to the Polynesian early

We are staying at POFQ and are looking to book the 7am fishing excursion over at the Poly. What is the best way to get there? We will have two kids that would require car seats. Epcot opens at 8, but I don't think the buses will be running early enough for us to get over to Epcot and then take the monorail to the Poly. From Disney's website, it looks like the Minnie Van's don't start running until 6:30. If we are waiting at the curb at 6:30 to catch a Minnie van will that give us enough time? Can you reserve the Minnie Van before 6:30 for a pickup right at 6:30?

Minnie Van. Only way. Well, no; you could each open separate Uber accounts and each request a vehicle with a carseat. Or ask Bell Services to help you get a taxi with two carseats or two taxis with one each. I don't believe you can preschedule Minnie Vans.

Or cancel that fishing trip and book one at the walking distance Riverside.

You can't reserve Minnie Vans ahead of time. I'm not sure if they are available before 6:30, but you could try.

Your safest bet is to have the resort help arrange for a taxi that will have carseats.
