getting to PS on time??

We have a 9:30 PS at Crytal Palace on non EE day and staying at the WL. I've never done PS before and just winged it in the past but with kids we're going to a character breakfast. What time would you leave WL by boat to get there in time??? Is 30 min enough??

i would be at the boat dock at WL absolutely no later than 8:00; my husband said no later than 8:30. you may have to wait for the boat to arrive. also, you need to allow for the bag search at MK and the walk to CP. hope this helps.

Be advised that they will not let you into the park before it opens for a 9:30 a.m. PS. We had that same time at the CP in November and they told us we'd have plenty of time to get there once the park opened at 9:00 a.m., which was very true. All that means is that if you get there early, you'll just have to wait until 9:00 a.m. However, if you get there early enough you may get inside the gates for a better view of the opening ceremony.
