If you are talking about the Belz Factory Outlet, you can try to get to the I-Ride Trolley stop on Kirkman. That'll take you up I-Drive to Belz. You can also take a taxi, use the Orlando city bus (Lynx), or drive (if you have a rental car).

The easiest and quickest way to get to belz outlet mall from the RP is to take a right on universal blvd, go straight over I-4, take a left onto I-Drive (Wet N' Wild will be to your right). Go straight on I-Drive, following all of its curves, and mall 1, 2 and the annexes will be straight ahead.
