Getting to Cape May Clam Bake / B&C

Hello,

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum but here goes:

We will be in Disney in February 2003 staying at the POFQ and want to eat at the Cape May ClamBake which I believe is in the Beach Club.

We were there in September and parked at the Yacht Club I believe in the large parking lot and went on the boardwalk and eventually after taking the boat found Beaches and Cream.

My question is, is there a closer area to park to get to the Beach Club, did we just stop too soon at the Yacht Club? Can we park at the Beach Club and where in relation would the parking be to the front of the Yacht Club?

I hope this isn't a silly question, we drive while we are there and don't use Disney buses.

The Yacht Club and Beach Club are connected. You can just walk from one to the other. If in doubt, just walk inside and ask a cast member for directions.

Here's a map of the Y&BC. To get to the Cape May you need to enter thru the main entrance of the Beach Club because you enter the restaurant from the lobby.

Yep, you made a left turn into Yacht Club Parking, one entrance too soon. If you had continued east, the next entrance would have been the Beach Club entrance.
If you park at the Yacht Club, you walk thru the lobby, bear left, go past The Galley, then past Crew's Cup, then past Yachtsman Steakhouse, then you have to walk outside, past Beaches & Cream, then back inside, then around Cape May Cafe to get to the entrance which is on the lobby side. Whew! You can work up some appetite with that juant!

Instead, park at the Beach Club, enter the lobby and just bear right. There's Cape May Cafe!
