OK, as many times as we have been to Disney, I do not know this answer. We made last minute breakfast reservations at the princess breakfast in Norway for 09:45. We are a party of ten with small kids in tow. How do we ensure we get to the restaurant ontime? I mean the ride from BLT to EPCOT, then the line to get in and walk back to World Showcase and all. Is there a special gate to go to and you show them your reservation number and park tickets. I had heard there is a early bus just for early dining but is this true??...smjj

Buses start running at least an hour befor the park opens. For Epcot, say, regular hours start at 9, you can catch buses at least as early as 8. I suggest being there at 8 since the first bus might fill up before you can get on.

When there is a good sized crowd at Epcot's opening, if not all the time, you will be admitted through the turnstiles before 9. You won't be able to proceed much farther but at 9, people are let into the park and you should certainly be able to get to Norway by 9:45.

By the way, those with earlier breakfasts are let through earlier.

Bump.. Need some additional info on this......smjj

Hmmm...

how about a taxi over to the Beach Club, and then you could walk through the World Showcase to Norway?

Friends who have been to this breakfast before park opening (WS opens at 11) have told me that there is a CM at the International Gateway entrance who will check your name off on a clipboard and allow you to go to your restaurant for breakfast.

Perhaps someone here has experienced this and can confirm?

oh, wait a minute---I just noticed that you have 10 in your group! Maybe a taxi isn't the way to go! Let's see...

I stayed at the Contemporary last November. It took us about 5 minutes to monorail to the TTC, about 15 minutes to get to Epcot, about 10 minutes to get through security, about 15 minutes to walk from Future World to the Norway area. I'd allow an hour or more to get everyone from Point A to Point B, with wait times for the monorails included.

and I vaguely remember a breakfast entrance at Epcot's FW.

Well Epcot (at least Future World) opens at 9, so if you're there when the park opens, you will have PLENTY of time to get to your ressie. Take the monorail to the TTC and then take the Epcot monorail to Epcot.

I'd be at the entrance to World Showcase around 930. There should be someone there to let you in for breakfast. You won't really need a special entrance to get in FW since it'll be open.

I don't see why you'd need to go to the International Gateway entrance when FW will be open.
