Getting to bluezoo (Doplhin & Swan) from Polynesian w/o car?

Hi guys, I'm debating whether or not to get a car for our stay in a few months. We're staying at the Polynesian so getting to the parks should be easy. However, there are those times where we'd like to go out to dinner, particularly one night to bluezoo, and I'm wondering about the easiest way to get there.

Is it pretty much taxi only? If so, about how much would a cab ride from the Polynesian to bluezoo cost me?

I'm open to any advice about renting vs. not renting - obviously renting a car also makes getting to/from the airport a lot easier, but other than that, and getting to the Dolphin/Swan, I can't think of any reason to get a car. Thoughts? thanks in advance!

Easiest - taxi. Should run under $20 with tip from Poly to Epcot resorts area.

Second - go over to MK (boat or monorail) and hop on a Swan/Dolphin bus.

If you don't want to do that, or have extra time (and possibly a park hopper), you could take the monorail from the TTC to Epcot and walk all the way through Epcot to Swan/Dolphin - but that is a long walk and time-consuming. And as stated, you need a ticket to enter Epcot or a park hopper if you've done a different park already that day.

or Take a bus from POLY to DHS. Short walk or boat over to the S/D.

That all sounds great. Are the taxis readily available outside the POLY, or do you have to call for one and wait for it to show up (around dinnertime)?

If there's not any there, the valet stand can get you one in just a few minutes.
