Getting to BC from Epcot

Where is the International Gateway? I know the boat that goes to HS and the boardwalk...is that it? As much as I love Epcot, the walk out of there to the busses will be hard for me to walk after a day's pleasure. I thought if I could get to the BC easily and then catch a bus to DTD and the boat to POFQ .Isn't there a walkway to the boardwalk?

International Gateway is between UK and France. The ramp goes off to the right as you head towards France.

BC is MAYBE 20 yards from the International Gateway. It is incredibly close to walk. You can also take the boat from International Gateway to Boardwalk and Swan and Dolphin to take buses that way.

Going to the BC or the Boardwalk is easy if you are back in the World Showcase, the International Gateway is past the UK before you get to France. If your coming from the other direction is just past France.
It will take you about 10 minutes to walk over to the Beach Club. Once you are there just walk through the lobby and as you exit the lobby go to your left for the bus stop.
If you are in Future World though it would be faster to exit the park and walk over to the bus stops.
You could consider taking a taxi from the BC back to POFQ. Another option if you exit at the International gateway, walk to the boat, take the boat to DHS and then take the bus to POFQ

From the turnstiles at IG to the bus stop at the BC is .4 mile walk, and a portion of it is up hill unless you take the pathway on the left to avoid the hill, which is usually what I do.
If you're closer to the front of Epcot you're better off going to the Epcot bus stop.
I wish it was only 20 yards. I've walked it at least a hundred times.

FWIW taking the boat from the IG to any of the resorts and then that bus stop would result in a much shorter walk than walking straight from IG to the BC bus stop, but it might take a bit longer.
The walk from IG to the BW bus stop is longer than to the BC bus stop

I plan on leaving in the World Showcase. As many times that I have been at Epcot, I never knew where the IG was. Many times I've taken the boat from HS to Epcot.

from DHS to Epcot, you've gone through the IG. That's where the boat drops you off.

Be prepared for this to take a long time.

to take the nice, albeit slow, boat from Epcot to DHS and grab the POFQ bus from there.
