Yeah, you can always get a bus pretty easy to a resort for a dinner ADR. However, that may not be the easiest and/or fastest way.

For example, if you are at Magic Kingdom and are eating at Chef Mickey's, you would want to take the monorail to the Contemporary or just walk over there. Same with any of the monorail resorts (Grand Floridian, Polynesian, Contemporary) from either Epcot or Magic Kingdom. For other parks, it might be better to take a boat.

It really just kind of depends. If you know exactly which park you will be at and what resort you are eating at, people on here will definitely be able to tell you the easiest way to get to the resort for dinner.

But the simple answer is that it is not a problem at all.

Hey, I'm in ABQ too!

In theory, a bus runs every 20 minutes or less from every park to every other park, DownTown Disney, and every resort. Some resorts share buses though.

In general, assume it will take 40-60 minutes to get from one place to another (more if you're going from one resort to another since you'll have to change at a park).

From Epcot and the Studios, you can walk to some resorts. Some resorts are also on the monorail line.

It is fairly easy to get from a park to a resort for a dinner adr. The hard part is getting from that resort back to your resort after the adr. You will probably end up taking a cab or spending hours transferring buses via disney transportation depending where you are staying at.
