Getting to a ressie at Homecoming in DS from MK

Are they still offering bus service from the parks to Disney Springs?
If so, how long should we allow to get from MK to DS for a dining reservation at Homecoming?
Our reservation is at 6:10 and I know they like for you to check in about 10 minutes early, If we leave MK at 4:30, should that give us enough time?

If not, head to any of the monorail resorts and hop the bus there

I believe buses to Disney Springs start up after 4 so you should be able to get one, but you may be better off walking to the Contemporary and getting one from there just to be on the safe side
