Getting through to Member Services????

Does anyone have a phone number that won't ring as busy for member services? Trying to switch resorts and need to do some point shuffling - so it needs to be called in. But the lines have been ringing busy for over a week. Not sure if anyone had a tip?

Only other number is the local one (407-566-3800). The 800 number rings to that line, so may not work any better.

Really? Right now, there IS no Member Services. Chat, Phone, fake "EMAIL" (it's a form that can not be tracked) - all dead.

I would like to see WDW admit the problem, SHUT DOWN, and inform us when Member Services is again functional.

Oh - hint: When contacting what used to be MS, through the fake email form? Screen capture it.
