Getting Skinny (or at least skinnier) for the Podcast Cruise

How is everyone doing so far???

This thread has really motiviated me to get started!

Last night, DBf and I did 20 minutes of cardio and 10 minutes of weights. It was our first time in a longgggg time of not working out! We decided to do this every other day and *try* keep to it. Let's keep each other accountable for our activity and maintenance.

For me, at least, it is hard to find the time to workout. If I think about the fact that I spend 30 minutes a day on the Dis boards...I could spend half of that working out! lol! And listening to the podcast while working out would be a plus. :thumbsup2
 
I started as soon as I made my flight ressie for the Unplugged Sunday May 4th and I'm happy to say I feel better already.:rotfl:I've got a loooong way to go in only 19 days:scared:
 
After a few lagging days, I worked out way too hard on Friday and my calves are still killing me. We did hit our gym up today but I went really easy on my poor, out of shape legs. :P We are going to really try to keep up a routine. :thumbsup2

I have worked out every single day since my last post! I have not been this hardcore in years. I have to admit, I did get McDonald's tonight. But~~~I got the apples instead of fries with my nuggies. :thumbsup2
