ok ....so I had a bad DW experience about 5 years ago- I don’t want to go into details, but it had to do with a very crabby Disney bus driver who overstepped his boundaries and was extremely rude and humiliated me and my son.
I did report it because I didn’t want him to go around ruining the magic for others as he had for me, but I have found that I can’t seem to get past it. It has permanently dampened my lifetime love of all things Disney.
I’ve pictured Elsa telling me to “let it go” many times in my head over the years but to no avail.
I visited DW two years ago for a
Milestone birthday and stayed off site so I would not have to use their busses. The whole trip was significantly less magical for me. You pay that much, you want your magic!! I visited DL a year ago and had a better time because it is just such an entirely different atmosphere than the World. But I am still scarred by this interaction- it was just so profoundly magic-killing that I am having a hard time forgiving Disney.
How do I “let it go???” Any advice? Anyone struggled with something similar?
